Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to pick up the item from your residence, or you may drop it off at our Ohio warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item and confirms it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee.
